Refund policy

At THE 1 COLLECTIVE, we stand behind the quality of our digital courses. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once course content has been accessed.

If you have not accessed the course content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at yarboughsawtelle79@outlook.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you experience technical issues accessing your course, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. We do not offer refunds due to a change of mind after course content has been accessed.
